We collect only the information necessary to provide the core functionality of the App.

We collect your email address when you create an account or log in to the App.

Location information may be collected while the App is actively being used and while the App is running in the background, including when the App is minimized or the device screen is turned off.
Live location tracking stops when you log out of the App.
Previously collected location information may remain stored for a reasonable period as described in the “Data Retention” section of this Privacy Policy.
The App does not use precise location information for third-party advertising.
General Trend Production LLC does not sell precise location information.
You can manage location permissions through your device settings. Disabling location permissions may prevent certain or all location-dependent functions of the App from operating correctly.
2. How Location Tracking Works
Location tracking begins after you log in to the App and grant the required location permissions.
While you remain logged in, the App may continue collecting location information in the background so that its logistics and transportation functionality can operate even when the App is minimized or not actively displayed.
2.1 Before Accepting a Transportation Assignment
Before a driver accepts a transportation assignment, the App may use the driver’s current or recent location to help identify available cargo and transportation opportunities near the driver.
This allows authorized logistics companies to identify potentially suitable transportation opportunities and provide relevant cargo offers.
The purpose of this functionality is to help match available transportation opportunities with drivers based on geographic location.
2.2 After Accepting a Transportation Assignment
After a driver accepts a transportation assignment, the App may use the driver’s location to track the vehicle’s movement and route during transportation.
This allows authorized logistics companies to:
Monitor the location and progress of the shipment;
Track the transportation route;
Coordinate pickup and delivery;
Estimate arrival times;
Monitor transportation progress;
Provide operational instructions and updates;
Respond to transportation-related issues.
Location tracking continues while the user remains logged in and has granted the required location permissions.
When the user logs out of the App, live location tracking is stopped.
3. Background Location
The App may collect precise location information in the background because background location is necessary for the App’s core logistics and transportation functionality.
Background location allows the App to provide location-based functionality when the App is minimized, not actively displayed, or the device screen is turned off.
While the user is logged in, background location may be used to:
Determine the driver’s current or recent location;
Identify nearby cargo and transportation opportunities;
Provide relevant transportation offers;
Monitor active transportation assignments;
Track vehicle routes;
Monitor shipment progress;
Coordinate transportation operations;
Provide estimated arrival information.
Background location may be used both before and after a transportation assignment is accepted.
Before an assignment, location may be used to identify nearby cargo and transportation opportunities.
After an assignment is accepted, location may be used to track the transportation route and monitor shipment progress.
Background location tracking stops when the user logs out of the App.
Background location is not collected for advertising purposes.
General Trend Production LLC does not sell precise location information.
4. Transportation and Cargo Information
The App may display information provided by authorized logistics companies regarding transportation assignments and shipments.
This information may include:
Cargo information;
Cargo specifications;
Pickup locations;
Delivery locations;
Transportation routes;
Transportation instructions;

Operational updates;
Schedule information;
Other information necessary to perform a transportation assignment.
This information is provided to authorized users of the App for the purpose of performing and managing transportation services.

We do not sell your email address or precise location information.

Live location tracking stops when you log out of the App.
